Flowers for Dreams
IME final presentation
This presentation was developed for Flowers for Dreams as part of a strategic marketing consulting project through DePaul University’s IME Program—and was presented in person at their Chicago headquarters in front of CEO Steven Dyme. Our team focused on redesigning the brand’s membership model to create deeper community engagement through events, hands-on workshops, and exclusive perks. Using consumer interviews and persona development, we crafted a strategy centered on emotional connection, purpose-driven experiences, and long-term brand advocacy.
